Digital Millennium Copyright Act How the DMCA pertains to this website.
In Regards to the DMCA

First and foremost, I will have you know that I do not share my "software" so that you "the end-user" my benefit in the manner of not buying the required licenses. I do believe, however, that everyone should have the ability to use and reuse their programs/games without the need to repurchase applicable license(s). Further I do not in anyway condone the use of cracked software or the spreading of it. To reiterate, I do not spread my releases to any 3rd party websites, P2P networks, or any other publicly accessible "Dot-com." I have nothing to do with the distribution of cracks or key generators.

What It Means For You the end-user

According to the laws where you "the end-user" reside, it is not my responsibility what others might decide to do with the software I release here. Let it be known quite clearly; I do not take any responsibility of any erroneous computer related issues and/or any data-loss that may occur from using the releases I provide here. Bear in mind that you are using a third party program, software that I did not develop or have a hand in it's creation in the first place; I merely provide a means to continue the usage of said software and the ability to use and reuse said program(s) across a variety of different computers.

With all that being said, it remains to be seen how affected you are of any End User License Agreements (EULAs). They cannot supersede any domestic laws, remember that. According to the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) in the Unites States, you have no right to circumvent a copy protection. The punishment for this far exceeds that of you stealing the software from the delivery truck. Do not use software without the proper license(s).

You should always buy software that you use, it supports the application's programmer. If you're unable to afford the software you should find a suitable Open Source alternative as there is, I'm sure, a plethora. By using the service I provide here you automatically agree to the aforementioned agreement above, and thus the responsibility regarding any and all EULAs rest solely with you and you alone.
